this quest will encourage people to explore everywhere by having a npc that spawns randomly.

On successful completion the player shall get a small amount of gold and experience

Steps

1. first the player must interact with a creature (different depending on where it spawns) named human or something else to make it obvious.
2. second the player is asked to kill a number of the nearby creatures that the human has been transformed into
3. third the player must return to the human where he will transform back into a human
