Should you have questions which you want to ask, first try the Arianne FAQ (unfinished) or the Stendhal Player FAQ.
In game if you need urgent help you can ask /support.
Out of game you can either paste onto our help forums, or join IRC:

If you have trouble installing, running or building the Stendhal's client or server or just playing the game you can ask for help by posting in the Help forum:

With an IRC client you can connect to:
network: freenode - irc.freenode.net (or pick a server close to you from http://freenode.net/irc_servers.shtml)
Then join channel: #arianne
It is publicly logged so keep your language clean! Remember to read the channel topic when you enter.
