Should you have questions which you want to ask, first try the Arianne FAQ (unfinished) or the Stendhal Player FAQ. Please note, the Stendhal Player FAQ has a Technical Troubleshooting section.
In game if you need urgent help you can ask /support.
Out of game you can either paste onto our help forums, or join IRC:

With an IRC client you can connect to:
network: freenode - irc.freenode.net (or pick a server close to you from http://freenode.net/irc_servers.shtml)
Then join channel: #arianne
