: As you can read here, the story of wishing wells goes back to a time in which mystical legends and strong belief in magical things took place. The habit of throwing money into wells is still popular in our times as well, so some people are thinking about their wishes before throwing some <item>money</item> into the water. Also you can not speak your wishes out to the well here, you can be very lucky and find some nice items which you can use later on your huntings and adventures.
