Steps
- Win a balloon during the Semos Mine Town Revival weeks
- Bring it to Bobby and he will be a happy boy!
Rewards
- 200 XP
- some Karma
Remarks
- You can get balloons during the Mine Town Revival weeks.
- Bobby will not take them during that time, he can get one on his own there.
- Wait until the revival weeks are gone and you can repeat the quest afterwards.
