Remove the following creature .xml files

huge_animal:

• Move all dragons into this file.
• Move <creature>giant kobold</creature> into kobold.xml.
• Move <creature>giant spider</creature> into animal.xml.
• Move <creature>chaos green dragonrider</creature> & <creature>chaos red dragonrider</creature>to either dragon.xml or chaos.xml, likely chaos.
• Move <creature>thing</creature> to hybrid.xml.
• Move <creature>black death</creature> and <creature>golden death</creature> to undead.xml.
• Move <creature>king cobra</creature> to animal.xml.

giant_animal

• Move <creature>dwarf golem</creature> to hybrid.xml.
• Move <creature>giantrat</creature> & <creature>crocodile</creature> to animal.xml.

giant_human

• Move all angels into new angel.xml.
• Move <creature>amazoness giant</creature> into amazoness.xml.
• Move <creature>giant</creature>, <creature>elder giant</creature>, <creature>master giant</creature>, <creature>ice giant</creature> and <creature>black giant</creature> into human.xml.

giant

• Move <creature>cyclops</creature> to hybrid.xml
• Rename giant.xml to ogre.xml

mummy

• Move all mummies into undead.xml

mutant

• Move all nagas and <creature>lamia</creature> into new lamia.xml.
• Move <creature>imperial mutant</creature> & <creature>imperial experimento</creature> to either hybrid.xml or imperial.xml.
• Move <creature>glow monster</creature>, <creature>dark mutant</creature>, <creature>cat woman</creature> & <creature>werewolf</creature> to hybrid.xml.

small_animal

• Merge all into animal.xml (<creature>zombie rat</creature> could optionally be moved to undead.xml).

Move into undead.xml

• <creature>tiny skelly</creature>
