Groups GUI

Information to display

Basic info want to know:

• Who is in the group?
• Who is the leader?
• What is the group lootmode?

All this info is already in /group status like

Current group status:  leader: susie; members: [susie, kymara]; lootmode: shared

Perhaps we will also like to know:

• When was the group formed?
• Past leaders?
• What have the members of the group killed? (if possible as only the shared kills between group members)
• Are the group members online or offline?
• Where are the members of the group right now in game?

but these are probably not available server side either yet

Functions to enable

• Leaving the group
• Kicking someone from group (for group leader)
• Transferring leadership (for group leader)

Potentially: when a group invite is sent, show the window for group gui and can join from there (as well as see who is in the group)
