I think most of the GFX used is released to the public domain. We need to either verify it is free to use ( as Charas characters are ) or ask them to allow free usage of the charasets. |

I'm not sure about those legal things so correct me if I'm wrong. I think the gpl is not applicabe to graphics and they should be licenced with the GNU FDL as shown on the bottom of this page. |
