<npc>Sato</npc>, the sheep buyer who walks around in Semos City

Steps

1. Ask Nishiya for a quest
2. You'll get a free sheep which you have to feed up to weight 100
3. Go to Sato and start talking with him
4. Give Sato your sheep and return to Nishiya
5. Tell Nishiya greetings from Sato and get a reward
