Stendhal Testing: Difference between revisions

** starting NPC: Jameson (int_apothecary_lab)

** other participating NPCs:

** can only be started after [https://stendhalgame.org/quest/traps_for_klaas.html Traps for Klaas] is completed

** Reward:

*** 3000 XP total

*** antivenom ring (poison resistance twice as strong as [https://stendhalgame.org/item/ring/medicinal_ring.html medicinal ring])

*** karma: 80 total (perhaps should be increased) 5.0 for starting quest, 25.0 received from Jameson, 50.0 received from Ognir

*** Steps:

**** Complete Traps for Klaas quest to get note to apothecary.

**** Give note to Jameson.

**** He asks for 3 items:

***** 2 <item>mandragora</item>, 20 <item>fairy cake</item>, & 1 cobra venom.

**** To get cobra venom you need 2 items: a vial (found on table in apothecary's lab) & a venom gland (special drop from third <creature>king cobra</creature> in snake pit).

**** Take vial & venom glad to Zoey inside Ados Pet Sanctuary. She extracts to poison from the gland into the vial (20 minutes).

**** Take all the items back to Jameson & he will mix up a vial of antivenom (30 minutes).

**** Take antivenom & a <item>medicinal ring</item> to Ognir & he will fuse the antivenom into the ring to make it stronger (3 days). To skip the three days, issue the command ''/alterquest player antivenom_ring fusing;0'' (we should test that the 3 days is accurate though)

** The following NPCs will give hints to the location of Jameson in response to one of the keywords ''apothecary'', ''Jameson'', or ''antivenom'':

*** <npc>Klaas</npc> (only after Traps for Klaas quest is completed)

*** <npc>Julius</npc>

*** <npc>Valo</npc>

*** <npc>Haizen</npc>

*** <npc>Ortiv Milquetoast</npc>
