Once the base of Kalavan's mining operations [[Sedah]] has been recently taken over by a faction of imperial rebels lead by <npc>Ivan Abe</npc>.

Abe gathers his forces here to one day overthrow the reigning king of Kalavan. <creature>emperor dalmung</creature> serves as his strategic adviser and <npc>Pjotr Yearl</npc> will buy red armor on the cheap for the rebel barracks.
