Remove the following creature .xml files
huge_animal:
- Move all dragons into this file.
- Move giant kobold into kobold.xml.
- Move giant spider into animal.xml.
- Move chaos green dragonrider & chaos red dragonriderto either dragon.xml or chaos.xml, likely chaos.
- Move thing to hybrid.xml.
- Move black death and golden death to undead.xml.
- Move king cobra to animal.xml.

- Move dwarf golem to hybrid.xml.
- Move giantrat & crocodile to animal.xml.
giant_human
- Move all angels into new angel.xml.
- Move amazoness giant into amazoness.xml.
- Move giant, elder giant, master giant, ice giant and black giant into human.xml.

- Move cyclops to hybrid.xml
- Rename giant.xml to ogre.xml
Move into undead.xml

- Merge mutant.xml into hybrid.xml
