Remove the following creature .xml files

huge_animal:

• Move all dragons into this file.
• Move <creature>giant kobold</creature> into kobold.xml.
• Move <creature>giant spider</creature> into animal.xml.
• Move <creature>chaos green dragonrider</creature> & <creature>chaos red dragonrider</creature>to either dragon.xml or chaos.xml, likely chaos.
• Move <creature>thing</creature> to hybrid.xml.
• Move <creature>black death</creature> and <creature>golden death</creature> to undead.xml.
• Move <creature>king cobra</creature> to animal.xml.

giant_animal

• Move <creature>dwarf golem</creature> to hybrid.xml.
• Move <creature>giantrat</creature> & <creature>crocodile</creature> to animal.xml.

Move into undead.xml

• <creature>tiny skelly</creature>

hybrid.xml

• Merge mutant.xml into hybrid.xml
