Rings are another type of equipment which can offer extra stat attributes or have additional special functions. Some rings offer a "use" function which only activates on the player's command. Others have implicit functions which do not require any action, only that the ring be either carried or equipped depending on the ring's attributes. Attributes of rings that are used as equipment can only be activated when the ring is equipped to the player in the ring slot. SomeGeneral functionsattributes doare notactive requireno matter where the ring tois becarried. onSome theexamples finger,of suchrings asthat usinghave this type of attribute are the <item>wedding ring</item> to teleport or the <item>emerald ring</item> reducingwhich reduces items and stats lost at death.
