NPC stands for Non Player Character in role playing games. They are more or less friendly people who inherit the world of Stendhal and are not controlled by other humans.

You can find a complete list of all NPCs on the server website.

There are different types of NPCs:

• Guides

They will tell you about the world in general, or give you direction on particular topics.

• Merchants

They will sell you things, or buy things from you.

• Quest Participants

They have quests for you to accomplish, or can help you in a certain quest.

A particular NPC can be all of the above at the same time.
