Steps

1. talk to Mayor to get a quest to fetch a named item
2. go get the item
3. bring the item to the Mayor

Rewards

XP depending on Level (12.5% of xp between your level now and next level)

karma

Repeatable: After 24 hours.
Remarks

If after 7 days you still can't find the item you have the option to start another quest
