Ados now pays high fees to good heroines and heroes that can help protect the town Semos and the food caravans that go between Semos and Ados. ~~from Miguels drawings.~~ Near Ados there is a haunted area where a famous battle took place. The area is now populated by some spirits of those who died there. Take care because they don't rest in peace. ~~Lets decide on a few things:~~ * Tolkein style writting? (i.e. kinda poetic and fantasy like) or just normal english * History should be a combined history of the world(i think its a bit much to go into the history of the elves and dwarfs and everything...) * History will include: Prehistory (creation of world and life, and some mythology) (keep it brief) Old Ages leading upto modern times (keep it relatively brief) ** Modern times, ie history of actual important NPCs, villages, places etc that you will see in game, (more detailed) ~~<br>~~ We don't have a real history for the world of Stendhal yet, but we have some artifacts spread out in the world giving some hints of the history. I thought this should be a gathering place for those artifacts, and also a place that have some history and background information about those artifacts. ==Or'ril Castle and the stone ~~query~~quarry== Or'ril castle was once built to defend the stone ~~query~~quarry close to ~~semos~~Semos from the orc hordes that lives in the mountains close to it. The stone blocks they mined from ~~semos~~Semos stone ~~query,~~quarry was mainly used to build roads and town defences ~~thruout~~throughout Faiumoni. Or'ril castle worked very ~~good~~well as a defence for the stone query, until the day the inhabitants of Faiumoni encountered an evil they ~~hadnt~~hadn't ~~vitnessed~~witnessed for ages past.: ~~The~~the hordes of the great demon lord Blordrough. Because of the huge attacks Faiumoni got from the demon hordes, the defence of semos ~~query~~quarry had to be moved and placed near the capital city Denirian, ~~wich~~which was in the direct line of attacks from the dreaded demon hordes. Or'ril is now abandoned by and it is not known if there is anyone ~~inhabeting~~inhabiting the castle ~~any more~~. ==Semos town== Semos town is the town the ~~workors~~workers of the nearby semos ~~query~~quarry once settled. The defences of semos is now abandoned and moved to the capital Denirian. Semos' current weak state have forced them to make an emergency notice about heroes wanted in the help of town defence. ==Semos underground runes== These runes ~~was~~were part of a terrible Demon Gate, the gate however is now sealed by an unknown force. The evil powers are still in work and ~~makes~~make the runes change all the time. Afraid the gate ~~once~~might ~~again~~be ~~might~~opened ~~opend~~once again the ~~citisens~~citizens of Semos ~~keeps~~are keeping a close watch of the portal and ~~it's~~its runes. ==The great rift== A big deep hole located in the great forests south east of Semos.
